There are a variety of clubs and societies on campus especially for Faculty of Engineering students. Joining a club is a great way to meet like-minded people and develop your social and professional network.

Auckland University Engineering Society (AUES)

AUES aims to provide students with fun events and build networks between students and faculty members.

Engineering Postgraduate Society (EPS)

The Engineering Postgraduate Society is dedicated to supporting postgraduate Engineering students.

Women in Engineering Network (WEN)

WEN is a social organisation for female Engineering students at The University of Auckland.

South Pacific Indigenous Engineering Students (SPIES)

SPIES association was formed as a support group for Māori and Pacific Island students studying engineering.

Hong Kong Engineering Students Association (HKESA)

Established in 1997 the association is part of the Asian Students in Auckland (ASIA) alliance providing support for mostly engineering students.

Engineers Without Borders

Engineers Without Borders is an organisation of professional and student engineers with a focus on sustainable development.

IEEE Student Branch

IEEE is an organisation of technical professionals in the areas of electrical engineering, electronics and computing.

Software Engineering Students' Association

The Software Engineering Students' Association is an AUSA affiliated club for software engineering students. Visit their group page on Facebook.

University of Auckland Formula SAE

The University of Auckland FSAE team competes annually in the Australasian competition using the vehicle they have built from scratch.

Auckland University Robotics Association (AURA)

A team of students looking to excel in a number of robotics related areas.

AUSA offers a central point for all student activities and has a long history of campaigning around issues important to students.
